My idea of a "real" hardware store. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff no matter how much assistance necessary to make my idea work. They make keys and cut glass, as well. If you need help with your project, avoid shopping at HD or Lowe's. Go to a real hardware store...Fuller and Sons. You won't be disappointed.

Always great customer service at the Heights location...got what you want and if they don't have at any of the other stores, then they help find it for you...

I find their prices comparable to the larger big box stores. You won't hear "that's not my department" from anyone who works there. If you need help finding anything, someone will personally take you to what you're looking for. I buy all of my cut glass here, and they are the best at repairing or replacing window screens!

We called a few minutes before closing and David answered the phone. He said to come up that he would wait for us and he did! He was super friendly. Not a lot of places will do that any more for their customers. Thank you so much!

This is a great place if you need a hardware store. It is exactly the sort of place you go into when you don't know exactly what you need - or when you do know what you need but can't find it anywhere. They also almost always have fresh popcorn which is a real treat. The only improvement I would recommend would be ensuring they have popped popcorn the last hour of the day.😋

This place is amazing. They help you out with even the weirdest of projects. They helped me rig a camping sleeping pad inflation device that I needed about 3 inches of a tubing they sell by the foot. The just gave it to me. Had I not already been a loyal customer to this place I would have for sure been that day. Love this store. And they're dog friendly too. Every time my dog and I come in they always great her by name and when she isn't with me they ask, "Where's Gemma?" I love it.

I always visit Fuller first. Customer service is always excellent. I want to purchase from local businesses and so does the Fuller family. One of the Fuller brothers came in my retail store looking for a specific product for his travel trailer. I didn’t have exactly what he wanted and I suggested he shop on Amazon. He told me he’d rather buy locally so we ordered what he wanted and he returned and purchased. I was a loyal Fuller customer already…..I became even more loyal after that!
